About Me

Watcher of Anime and action movies. Loves serious anime, but can do without most of the lovey dovey stuff. Not a big fan of chibis. I like more serious stuff that has an underlying moral. Gunslinger Girl is my favorite of this genre, simply because of its trying to prove that even when you erase their memories, children can't do well in a warfare setting. Among all of the other stories that have underlying motives, like the fact that so many of the fratello have grudges against the other factions and visaversa. Then to find out many of the stories of the girls pasts, of course Etta's is known nearly from the start... Anyway, I love stories like that. I really like well drawn animes but I'd prefer a well written one anyday.

I hate animes that throw twists just for the sake of twists to keep the story going. I'd rather kill a dead horse, than change it's characters gender half way through, although I loved the easter egg story in MaiHIME, and her name escapes me @ the moment, but she pretends to be a boy and ends up in love with Mai's little brother. Of course Mikoto is my favorite character, and I really can't tell you why...

Yeah, 36 years old, have been married 19 years, with an 18 yo son and a 16 yo daughter, but I still want to be a kid. I still feel like a teenager at heart. Especially when I'm on stage playing my guitar!

Anime: ROD tv, Gunslinger Girl, MaiHIME, Coyote Ragtime, Cowboy Bebop, Scrapped Princess, etc
Band: in one named False Hope - favs - Alter Bridge, All That Remains, As I Lay Dying, Evanescence, and a bunch of 70s-90s stuff

Hobby: cars, art, writing, reading, driving, gaming, cars, building things, oh and did I mention cars>

Thanks for the blender info. I used it several years ago for some basic modelling stuff when I was working in Bryce alot. It hasn't changed much, but my memory isn't what it used to be... sigh...

Thanks sirkeystone!

About blender, it really is a great tool, it is difficult to master, even now I am having difficulties with the most basic things, but what makes blender great is how it can be pushed to create almost anything you want to. Go and join blenderartists forums, thats where I get most help from, as well as blendernation.
